Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed.

Cancellations can only be accepted within 30 minutes of a fresh food order and only within 24 hours of seasoning orders.

We cannot accept returns of food items or seasonings of any kind, however if there are any issues with your package and/or food item(s) please contact us to rectify within 24 hours of delivery.

If a refund is issued it will be refunded to the payment on file. Store credit in lieu of refund may be issued if payment on file is not accessible.
